SHIPPING POLICY
A flat fee of $20 (for first orders) and $15 (for repeat orders) will be applied to orders for shipping and handling. Orders will ship via FedEx Ground with Signature Required. Orders may only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
Orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Iowa and will go out approximately 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Larger orders may take additional time to be processed and shipped.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are not accepted. If products are damaged in transit or your order has errors, please save your package and contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We may request photographs or other documentation that we can share with our manufacturer, fulfillment team, or carrier as necessary to resolve the issue. Please contact customerservice@jordansamuelskin.com to report any issues with your order.
